This is a massage that I feel is a massage tailored to the client's individual needs. That could be deep pressure in areas that is needed, i.e. low back pain such as sciatic nerve pain, piriformis muscle pain, or neck and or shoulder pain. I work with individuals who have headaches on a regular basis.
This massage ranges from 1/2 an hour, 1 hour, 1.5, or 2 hours based on the individual's time or money.

Ever since I can remember, I have been interested in health and natural medicine. My mother studied the positive effects that vitamins and herbs had to offer and opened a health food store located in a small town in Georgia. My Dad had Polio and walked with crutches and may come home from the office with pain in his feet or back and he would bribe me to rub his feet for a quarter. Later in life I decided to learn more about Massage Therapy because I had learned of the benefits of the healing effects it gave to the body. When I became an LMT (Licensed Massage Therapist), it was the next step in my mission to helping others. I enjoy using my knowledge of how to help people who are in pain or have the extra stresses in life. I love my career choice and stand behind my work. I’m currently located at Ft. Smith Chiropractic and love the atmosphere. The doctors in the office are positive and really want to help everyone that comes in.
